In case you have a fault on your equipment we assist you quickly and effective. Please have the "Gerätenummer" ready before you call us. This number enables us to identify the control you have.

The "Gerätenummer" is the key to your control and is the indentification sign of each product we produce. Please tell Mr. Hopp this number and the problem you have. He will advice you how to proceed.

Our repair services

Despite all all efforts and accuracy in our production, a device may fail one day. To assist you quickly and effective we revised our service routines.

At the bottom you will find a PDF document which helps us to analyse the problem with your device. This document can be filled out electronically and all mandatrory fields are marked in red colour. Your data provided will help us to speed up our assistamce to you.

First steps before getting in touch with us....

  • Please refer to the manual what the message(s) the timer is showing mean.
    Many messages are diagnostig messages to locate a problem. Often the problem is outside the timer. Please follow the guidelines alone with the messages. Many problems can be solved quickly this way.

  • Check cabeling.
    Is a cable broken? This happens with frequently bended cables as the current and voltage measurement cable at an IQR MFDC inverter.

  • Do you have a spare timer available?
    In case you have the indication the timet is defect, please replace the timer with the original one. When the problem is no longer existing the timer is most likely defective.

    Please disconnect mains before maintinaing them. On MFDC and HFDC systems please wair at least 5 minutes to discgarge the capacitors. Please to not open the device!

After completing the document, please press the "send" button. The file is then attached to an email of your mails program. Please attach any helpful information to this mail, as log books, images and other.

Please print one copy and attach it to the devive before shipping it to one of our service locations.

Is your service request subject so charge or warranty claim?

When your device has arrived at our please we will investigate it. Our service will get in touch with you to tell you the next steps. If the claim is subject to charge we sand you a cost estimation.  Please download the document and fill it out in the Adobe Actobat Reader.
